Thank you for sending me information about this new initiative. I note that the idea is open to those who submit to God in whatever religious tradition, and thus is greater than contingent Islam, and is not to be confused with the interests of the Muslim community but serves all humankind seeking for people of good will everywhere. At the same time, your main interst is natually for the revitalisation of the Islamic Revelation.

As a Christian submitting to God within the tradition founded by Jesus of Nazareth I welcome your commitment to peace, justice and inter-religious harmony. I hope your initiative will help to focus the intentions of many people upon the poor and wretched of the earth in whatever nation they may be starving.
